A Las Vegas vacation can sometimes be just the thing you need. There are a ton of attractions in Vegas whether you are looking for wild nights or nice relaxing days it can all be found in vegas. With the current state of the tourism economy you can also find some really great deals. Simply put there is not better time to check out vegas and have a great vacation.
Some of the biggest and grandest casinos in the world are on the Las Vegas strip . From the new Wynn hotel to the classic Belagio you can find some really plush accommodations. If you are traveling on a budget and looking for some cheap deals you can check out circus circus or the Treasure Island. Both of these hotels have really good specials. If you are able to travel mid week you can find even better deals. Of course in all the casinos you have a ton of options to gamble. If you are into crabs, black jack or poker I suggest grabbing a good book on the subject if you plan on trying your luck on the tables. Some of the hotels also have vip programs where you can get free credits for means, activities and even free stays. If you are planning on spending some money gambling I highly suggest you get a VIP or players card so you can track your spending and get “comps” as they are know my casino veterans and locals alike. If you are planning on really going all out and gambling in the $XX,XXX range I would suggest talking to the hotel about getting a VIP host.
Food and restraints are another great attraction you can find in Vegas. Some of the worlds most renowned chefs have restraints in or around the Las Vegas strip. Some great spots to check out at the Caesars forum and also the Venetian has some incredible dining. Be sure to make your reservation or have the concierge make one for you as the popular spots do get filled up fast. If you are looking for something on more of a budget and have a hearty appetite I suggest you might want to look into one of the many Buffets you can find in just about every hotel.
As far as night life Vegas has it all. From the mild to the very wild. Las Vegas shows are some of the most extravagant in the world. You should take a good look at some Cirque du Soleil stuff. They are some of the worlds most famous shows. If you get a chance I hope you will catch one. If you are looking for something a little more hands on you will enjoy some great night clubs. I suggest you bring extra cash or try to find a way to get on the list early. If you are staying at the hotel you should have no problem getting it. However if you plan on hitting up one of the real popular clubs you will need to have some hot ladies or a big bankroll to get in.
